About keto-diet-plan.com

This site is app-owner-maintained content. It is educational, not medical advice.

Editorial policy

Every meal-plan page on keto-diet-plan.com states who a plan is suitable for and who should not follow it without professional advice, its calorie and macro assumptions, a full daily meal table with exact servings, calories, protein, fat, net carbs and fiber, food substitutions (halal, vegetarian and allergy alternatives), a grocery list, estimated preparation time, meal-prep instructions, storage guidance, local ingredient alternatives, a printable PDF, an FAQ, a related calculator, a related food checker, author and reviewer information, sources, and a last-reviewed and updated date.

We do not change only the title, calorie number or country and reuse the same article. We follow Google's guidance that generating many pages with AI without adding meaningful user value may violate its scaled-content policies, and we publish original, expert-led, people-first content instead.

AI usage rule

We use AI to explain results, suggest reviewed substitutions, translate approved content, format meal-plan output and help users navigate the database. We do not use AI as the authoritative source for nutrient values, medical suitability, medication guidance, allergy safety or clinical diet recommendations.

Non-keto plans

Our non-keto plans reflect the WHO healthy-diet guidance — a variety of minimally processed foods and limiting unhealthy fats, free sugars and sodium — rather than being built only around calorie restriction. Weight-loss plans follow NIDDK guidance: realistic goals, science-backed approaches and plans tailored to health, cultural needs and personal preferences.
